Project Managers / Superintendents:
Hagge Construction has openings for Project Managers and Superintendents as our business volume requires.
We will give first consideration to Project Managers with client contacts who can generate their own work. Project Managers must be capable of bidding work, writing and negotiating subcontracts, obtaining permits, dealing with municipalities and utilities, CPM scheduling, maintaining accurate written documentation of meetings, negotiating changes with client and subcontractors, and providing timely project closeout. Moderate travel required.
Superintendents must have solid field experience dealing with subcontractors, a strong understanding of site engineering and building construction, a commitment to quality, and unrelenting drive to meet the most unreasonable of schedules. Candidates must be willing to live "on the road" for most available openings.
Trainees for the above positions will be considered. Candidates must have strong
educational background and broad knowledge of how the construction industry works.
